Growing up in Czechia, nature was my home and playground. I spent countless hours outside exploring and soaking in the beauty around me.

When my family moved to the United States, we brought our love for outdoors with us. Camping, hiking, and windsurfing were some of our family fun times, always keeping us connected to nature.

College was filled with outdoor adventures too, as I joined the skiing and rowing teams. Unfortunately, as for many of us, my career eventually led me to spend most of my time indoors.

But, nature never stopped calling me back. As I started to answer that call, I found a path to my true passion and purpose.

Now I help others reconnect with their breath and nature for harmony and wellbeing. It's been an incredible journey, and I can't wait to share it with you!
