From individual to group programs, lunch and learns and workshops, we will customize a breathing program based on your needs and goals.
You will learn about the benefits and science of breathing and establish a simple yet powerful daily practice. Some of the goals we can focus on are balancing the nervous system, improving digestion and sleep, as well as improving mental and physical performance.
Let's work together to optimize your breathing. When our breathing pattern stabilizes and breathing rate returns to a more normal level, a range of body functions improve and breathing becomes more efficient.
Nature and Forest Therapy Walks
Slowing down and spending time in nature is scientifically proven to be good for our health and wellbeing. One way to nurture your nature connection is to take a forest bathing walk. It's a chance to step away from the busyness of our day to day lives and connect with our senses, ourselves and nature.
Guided forest bathing walks are around 3 hours long in groups or one to one.
EcoNIDRA Transformational Relaxation
Where Yoga Nidra meets nature connection, these deeply relaxing and rejuvenating sessions are a beautiful gift of self-care that you can enjoy in the privacy of your own home. They are great for improving sleep, lowering stress and helping us to access our natural healing state.
EcoNIDRA sessions are held online via Zoom. In-person sessions are also available for groups or one to one.
