A practice of listening

Movement guided from within

EcoFLOW™ is a movement-based contemplative practice centered on soma: the living body as it is experienced from within. Through slow, intuitive, multi-directional movement, breath and nature-inspired invitations, you can explore what feels comfortable today.

This isn’t a performance-driven workout or a set of postures to perfect. It’s an opportunity to notice your body’s signals with curiosity, move in a way that feels supportive and let your own rhythm lead. Gentle, fluid movements invite you to explore your connective tissue and the way movement travels through your body.

Four guiding principles

Your body, your flow

A felt sense of safety and ease begins with choice. You stay in charge of your experience throughout the practice.

01 · Your flow

Choose your own pace

Your energy can change from day to day. Choose the range, speed and intensity that feel right for you in this moment.

02 · No judgment

Let movement be your own

There’s no right or wrong shape to make. Release the need to perform and make room for natural, intuitive movement.

03 · Tune in

Notice what’s happening inside

Bring gentle attention to sensations such as breath, muscle tone, warmth and how movement feels in your tissues.

04 · Inner dialogue

Meet sensation with curiosity

Rather than pushing through or fighting discomfort, pause and listen compassionately to the conversation between mind and body.

Why begin with movement?

A gentle bridge from doing to resting

It can be hard to shift straight from a busy day into stillness. A few minutes of slow, self-directed movement offers a way to notice what your body is holding and ease toward a quieter moment—at your own pace.

For daily pauses

A 10–15 minute practice to explore when you want a little movement and space to check in with yourself.

Before stillness

If sitting quietly feels difficult, gentle movement can be a more welcoming way to begin settling. EcoFLOW™ can lead into a deeper rest practice such as EcoNIDRA™.

For different bodies and days

No prior experience or high flexibility is needed. Adapt your movements to what feels comfortable to you.

When you feel ready for deeper rest, explore EcoNIDRA™, where yoga nidra meets nature connection.

Begin your flow

All you need is a little time and curiosity

Find a comfortable space and give yourself 10–15 minutes. You don’t need complex equipment or prior experience—just the willingness to listen and move in a way that feels right for you.
