01 · The sense journey
Arrive through the senses
Soften your attention toward sound, breath and other sensory details, making room to arrive in the present moment.
Where Savasana meets nature connection
A place to lie down, be gently guided and drift between wakefulness and sleep. Let your body soften, your mind grow quieter, and the natural world meet you where you are.
Here, nothing is needed. Nowhere to go. Simply time to be.

A guided deep-rest practice
EcoNIDRA™ is where yoga nidra—often called yogic sleep—meets forest therapy and mindful nature connection. A certified teacher gently guides you through a deeply restful experience, inviting awareness of the senses, the body and your relationship with the natural world.
The practice was created by Kat Martens as a reminder of the importance of deep rest and our connection with nature. It invites a quiet reconnection with the nature around us and the nature within us.
You’re free to settle in the position that feels comfortable. There’s no special skill to learn and no particular state you need to reach. You may drift, sleep or stay aware; all are welcome.
Leona is an EcoNIDRA™ Trainer and offers the practice as part of Breath & Nature Wellbeing.
A gentle inward journey
Each session unfolds in its own way, with a teacher offering gentle invitations through three connected parts of the practice: arriving through the senses, resting with awareness through the body, then journeying into a felt connection with the earth.

01 · The sense journey
Soften your attention toward sound, breath and other sensory details, making room to arrive in the present moment.

02 · Pilgrimage through the body
A guided rotation of awareness through the body invites you to notice sensations and rest without needing to change them.

03 · The earth journey
Nature imagery and soundscapes offer a gentle way to sense a connection with the living world, both within and around you.
What might it feel like?
People experience EcoNIDRA™ in their own ways. Some describe feeling deeply rested, calmer, grounded or gently reconnected with themselves and nature. There’s no one right response, and every session is different.
